No Service

Do other audio engineers have similar experiences, or is it just me, you are in the studio doing a session but your phone keeps reading. Better yet, you're recording, the take seems to be going good, but the artists phone either keeps ringing, or is on vibrate, but the buzzing comes through on the recording, making you have to redo the whole session, or punch in on those parts ruined by the buzzing. I hate when that happens, which is why I put my phone on do not disturb when I am working.
Theme music, every good hero should have some, and TXJ, an up and coming Chicago artist's song "No Service" is my theme song. Not that I'm a hero, but this song just resonates with me, opening with the lines, "no service, I'm back in the studio working". Why is that so hard for some people to believe? Instead they choose to believe that you are on some player stuff or something like that, "cause I'm in my zone, I'm in my zone, can't pick up my phone, can't pick up my phone, I say leave me alone."
If you've ever experienced this and you feel the way I do about this, go to Spotify and check out TXJ's "No Service." I also created a customized text for responding to a call with a text, or when my phone is on do not disturb that says, I'm in my zone, can't pick up the phone. Maybe one day people will stop imagining the worst when they try calling and can't reach us, but it doesn't really matter to me, "cause I'm in my zone, I'm in my zone, can't pick up my phone, can't pick up my phone, I say leave me alone, I say just leave me alone."
